Prof Dr Carmen Griesel, Lawyer, Tax Advisor, was born in 1971 and lives with her family in Grevenbroich. She is the responsible partner at GKM Rechtsanwälte Griesel & Partner mbB and GKM GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in the Düsseldorf office.
After studying law in Cologne and obtaining her doctorate from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, she initially worked in the "Private Client Service" section at Arthur Andersen WPG. In 2004, she obtained her Tax Advisor qualifications and has since worked as a Lawyer and Tax Advisor in Düsseldorf. In addition, she teaches as a professor at the FOM University for Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Essen in the Bachelor's and Master's programmes with a focus on tax law.
